i have good system but still getting upload video driver upgrade error on loading viewer

New video card drivers are released every few months, and improve and add stability to your system. Just like Windows updates, anti-virus updates and other drivers, you should update them regularly.

It sounds like your graphics card drivers have drifted out of date. Seeing as you don't mention which model you use, I can't give further advice on how to carry out the update.

So... update your video drivers to the latest version, and you'll be able to login.
