How do I stop receiving messages from a shop?

How do I stop receiving messages from a shop? I signed up for it when I was new and didn't know better but have never figured out how to get off their message list.

if it's a subscriber any decent merchant should have a kiosk at their main store to easily unsubscribe from. i would start looking there. if you cannot find one send an im and tell them you couldn't find it, they should either tell you where it is or offer to remove you.

if it's a group, just leave the group or turn off group notices.

could also be useful to sign in to http://www.hippo-tech-sl.com/myhippogroups/ and see if anyone have added you to updates you haven't asked for. you can remove groups there and even block future attempts of unwanted subscriptions. i have

Return to the shop. Probably you can sign off in the same place you signed in.

Thanks! I went to the shop, clicked on the sign and it had a "leave group" option even though it wasn't a group. I clicked that and it whispered I had unsubscribed. So thanks again!!
