Lots of people have similar names, or it's possible you clicked the wrong person in a crowd. If that's the case, contact that person and politely ask for the return of the money. They don't have to do it, and Linden Lab won't help you get it back...but it's worth a try. If your transaction log shows you DID pay the right person, and her log shows she never got paid, you should both send support tickets to LL.
