Looking for Commercial/Residential Land Partner

Ahoy! Yeah, no idea where to put this... so putting it here. I don't even know what a homestead/mainland is so let's not get technical.

I own some land for a club/beach/estates and we've recently acquired our neihboring land to add to it but we're out of ideas.

We're looking for someone to partner up with that will be responsible for this area. Ideally, someone who can make it work with the look and feel of the rest of the place.

Price is about 1,484L, 1,000 prims for whatever you want... a house for you and your family. Residences to rent out, a shop, we can clear the space, you can develop on top of what we've started, we can place other buildings down for you to choose from. So many possibilities. It's an adult commercial sim, so no children... and we'd like to keep it roleplay/adult friendly.
