RSC&M Looking for Harbor Master!

Here at The Royal Sailing Club and Marina we try to cater to everbodies watercraft needs, from Sailing... all the way up to motor yachting! and everything in between.

From daily events such as fishing tournements all the way up to special live events we don't just look to provide a home for your watercraft but a place to entertain you and give you a good time without ever needing to leave port! 

 

What We Seek!

We are looking for a new Habor Master to help manage the Marina, a Harbor Master in short is the official title of a Sim Manager. 

We will hire someone who shows both interest in boating and management of the marina and all that that brings! 

 

Requirements!

We would like someone with at least 4 months SL experience and a past in management, not solely in SL... RL experience helps as well! 

We'd preferably like someone who shows an interest in boating in SL but this is not necessary! 

 

What We Expect

We will expect you to not only check over rentals and provide customer support but also to plan and run events and in general keep the place alive and full of fun! 

We are a PG sim so we expect you to behave and treat people with respect we also operate a "If you don't like it put on a PFD and float off!" regime when it comes to breaking rules or disrespecting others... 

 

Compensation

Yes the one thing everyone looks for first (that's why it's going last hahaa) 

You will be offered L$1,000 (One Thousand Linden Dollars) per week with a weekly stipend if you should need to purchase anything for the Marina, you will also be provided with Free watercraft mooring should you be bringing a watercraft to the job with you!
