So you do you meet the authorized participant address restrictions stated below - So is your account contact information current? - https://secondlife.com/my/account/contact.php

Are you living in a city near a state border that may be receiving IP addresses from a cross state Internet Service Provider?

The approval criteria is found below:

Authorized Participants

Only users that meet the criteria for Skill Gaming are permitted to access Skill Gaming Regions and participate in Skill Gaming in Second Life. Participation is limited to residents who are at least 19 years of age and do not reside in a prohibited state. Please review the list of prohibited states below to see if you can participate. For more information about why you may not be able to access Skill Gaming Regions in Second Life, please see the FAQ.

Prohibited States & Countries

Residents of the following states and countries may not participate in Skill Gaming in Second Life:

  • Arizona
  • Arkansas
  • Delaware
  • Florida
  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana
  • Maryland
  • South Carolina
  • South Dakota
  • Tennessee
