I can't get on my home site I get error massages. is there anyone I can talk to

I have done everthing  I was told to do. nothing works.

You need to tell us what error messages you're getting, and a list of what you've already tried would be nice, too.  Edit your post to add information by using the Options/Edit button in the upper right.

In the meantime, have you tried logging in to a different region, and if so, was it successful?
