Unable to update account information

Hi,

as I was checking my account information I noticed that the country of residence in my account changed to Italy. Since I'm not Italian and my country of residence isn't Italy I thought I'd change this to my real country of residence. However I cannot find the option to do so. Can anyone tell me or point me in the right direction to change my account info and in particular the country of residence?

I only have this one avatar so any hickups of using another account or any other info transferred into my own account info is out of the question. When I try to update the account info the system asks for my email and password. Both of them validate but redirect me to a page where I cannot update my account info.

Use Support.

• Log in to your Dashboard > Help > Submit a ticket.
• Type: Account Issue > Change Account Details
