2 missing 2/3 of inventory and showing up with skin i never had lol

help. i wrote a support ticket so 2 weeks from now i can expect and answer. i read another peice about the beta grid, but when i go cntr shift g it just pulls up my gesture screen. how do i clear my cashe on 2? i still show 10,000 in my inv but most are missing. thanking you in advance.

1. Support ticket: add a comment requesting an answer
2. Beta grid: Use Ctrl + Shift + G IN LOGIN SCREEN for show the selector of grids.
3. Clear caché in Viewer 2: see http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Viewer_2_Moves#Clear_browser_cache
