How do I give someone build rights on my land?

I can do it by setting the land to group build, but how do I give an individual build rights without them needing to have the tag enabled. I'm sure it must be fairly simple, but I'm being dumb and can't seem to work it out

about land => options => build and check 'allow all', remember to turn it off later.

Ah, I didn't explain myself properly. What I'm wanting to do is give a specific individual permanent build rights on my land, without them having to wear the group tag. It's no biggie if it can't be done, seeing as there's only two of us in the group, anyway, but it's just that little bit more convenient if they don't have to activate it.
