Freaking Cloud: Why wont my avatar rez?!

Hello, Maybe you could help me...

  Recently, I created my first ever alt (i've been playing since '05). It seems she will always be a cloud- I know the most common cause is bandwidth problems, though my main, with a 30k+ inventory loads perfectly. I have... cleared casche... rebaked... and thrown random pillows around my room.,..

Suggestions?

Open the Advanced menu (Ctrl-Alt D) and select Debug Settings.  Type in renderunloadedAvatar and set it to TRUE.  That will force your Avatar to render.
