Is this a known bug ? last night i was able to bid, this morning im unable to, any help would be greatly appeciated,

Yes, just because you had use another account, the system remembers you as that. Just do a restart to the pc (sometimes if the browser was chrome - it doesnt get fixed with a restart. It needs a PC Clean (CCleaner or i dkn yours).

To avoid this...

Next time when you receive a page saying:

Rederecting in main Land page in 5 seconds, (after a logout) dont close that page, but simply wait,  because thats what causes it.

If a credit or debit card is used as your PIOF, check to be sure it hasn't expired.
