Playing with eye makeup tattoos

Alot of skins now come with their own predone eye makeup, but creating your own look can be fun especially when you transform a girl next door face into a sexy siren like here. There are five tattoo layers on her, one of which ncludes lip colour, barely noticeable mesh eye lashes have also been added.

1. Where did you get your makeup from, and what skin was used for the base?

2. I'm curious as to what would make you want to do a dramatic look with the eyes, but not wear eyelashes that would show up against the makeup? It's like puting a lot of eyeliner/eyeshadow, but not wearing any mascara.
