Voice not working

So voice was going fine until I had to relog (not voice related) then it just stopped tried downloading a third party viewer and the same thing

It gives me an error that says

Having trouble connecting you to the voice server

Gives me some link bhr.vivox.com
Then below that there's some udp number

Then it says please check your firewall and network settings

Really annoying any help is much appreciated
