Hey so I'm new to second life but I can't get my avatar to work. I've created two different avatars to see if I could look normal but everytime, it says: "your clothing is still downloading. You can use second life normally and other people will see you correctly". How do I stop looking like a blue-white cloud???? I've tried changing outfits but I don't have anything in my inventory:( I really want to play SL normally but now I feel like I can't. Help me please.

Ok so now I fixed the cloud thing but iw I'm walking through the floor... Yeah.

If you are walking partially buried in the floor/ground, your "Hover" shape setting may have been corrupted. You can (if your shape is modifiable) change that by editing your shape (right click on your avatar and select that from the menu). The Hover slider is at the bottom of the Body panel, and is usually set to somewhere around 50.
