Kestrel Point is one of  four homesteads surrounding a water sim a with sailing access on 10 other sims and access to a community of 13 sims.

As well as two clubs, there are two art galleries, a Memorial Garden, other parkland, a sailing club, an underwater dive, and  the breeding  ground of breedable fish. The sailing is amazing and the ambiance is calm and peaceful.

This full homestead has 3750 prims and is 9200 a week to rent.

You will have control of the land including terraforming and we will work with you if required to help you create your dream home.
