Broken account

Hello, 5 days ago I get my account in error. the public chat not read my vision opaque square. Activity with a temporary account and not get these errors. My partner enter my account on your pc and leave the same mistakes that I talk. It is the program that is damaged because other accounts with no delivery problems is the accout which is damaged

If that doesn't work, file a Support Case.  If you are on a Basic free account, it may be that LL will not offer this level of technical support.  If that is the case, it may be worthwhile to buy a one month Premium membership to get increased tech support options.
