avatar name does not show up in search?

when searched by multiple avatars an individual avatar's name shows as 'none found' in people search

but the name shows up in the 'search all'

and how do you know if someone has terminated their account?

If terminated means "cancelled", that account wiil be no visible in no site (web, search, groups...).
