Need land I can expand on

My store Shimmer is needing to establish a main store for us to host all sorts of shenanigans. We need an area of land where we can host a skybox, or on the ground if its nice enough) and setup shop for a LONG period of time. Since it is a long period of time and we're relatively small, we want to work with people who will let us expand our area when needed. We do not need too much land right now, maybe 1/6 of a sim size or such. Anyhow, Please let me know if anyone is willing to work with us here :)
