Setting restrictions

I have my land set to no public access, so only avatars that are on my list can enter. What I'm curious about is how many meters up this restriction goes? If someone flies over my land, can they gain any access to my property from the air? I know entrance cannot be made from the ground, but what about from the air?

Hello Perseus, from SL Wiki KB Limits Land

• Max. "NO ENTRY" ban line height - 768 m above the terrain mesh.
  • This is if you're explicitly banned from a parcel. If theparcel is simply not public access or restricted to certain Residentsor a group, then the access lines go up to 50 m above the terrain mesh.

You can purchase land protectors to set above any height up to 4950m.
