why cant people send me adult things? saying i am not adult when i am

i am set for all in world in market place but i cant reciieve gift if it is adult content ,, how do i fix this??

If you can go to adult sims inworld and see adult content on Marketplace, you'll need to file a support ticket about the gift issue.  But first, have the person who sent the gift verify it was delivered.  If it says it wasn't delivered, it may have nothing to do with adult content and just be a failed delivery.  The person who bought it then should request redelivery if they were charged for it from the creator or file a support ticket to have it redelivered.  Note that eight hours must have past before they do this.
