They Have low scripts. are easy managed.. do Not cause alot of collision, lag or decrease in sim performance. Must be residential. Must Be quiet. Prefererably would like something more secluded but will settle with a nice grassy plot with nice neighbors. Must allow Off Sim Rocks and decorations..
