Look at your Main Account Transaction History [link below] and verify that you transferred the Lindens to the correct avatar account.

Look at your Alt Account Transaction History [link below] and verify that you did not receive the Lindens from your Main avatar account.

Note down the transaction details and include when you Submit a Support Case

Is is very rare that a Gift of Linden's does not go through. Many times you will find that the gift was sent to the wrong avatar account.
