Did you try Rolligs suggestions? It is difficult to give you more advice if you don't tell about what you have tried. If you have tried Roligs suggestions I would try another viewer then. I also would take a look at the statistics bar (ctrl + shift + 1) and look for "Ping Sim" and "Packet Loss", Ping Sim should be under 300ms, but some spikes above are ok too and Packet Loss close or always 0%. Short spikes like 10% or so are also no issue. If the values are higher than I said  and a reboot of the router/modem has not helped you might need to contact your ISP. Sometimes it happens that your firewall or and anti virus becomes more strict after having an update, please check if the viewer itself, the SLPlugin.exe and SLVoice.exe are allowed to access the internet and also that your anti virus doesn't scan it.
