What does "Mangled Network Data" mean?

Hello all,

I keep getting this message and i have no idea what it means.

" You have been logged out of secondlife.

The viewer has  dectected  mangled network data indicative of a bad upstream network connection  or an incomplete   local installation  of F.S."

 

Please help  me!!!

You would have to ask a Firestorm dev (or, at least, in the Firestorm group) to be sure, but that looks to me as if your network connection has, for some reason, become poor or unreliable (that's assuming you've done the obvious, and done a clean reinstall of Firestorm, in case the second alternative is correct and there's something wrong with your installation).
