Where is my item?

I purchased a gift for a girl, but i still didnt received it.

If you purchased an item off the MarketPlace as a "Gift" for someone, it is delivered directly to that someone into thier Received Items folder. If you made a standard purchase then this item will be in your Received Items folder.

This is found at the bottom of your Inventory list

The "Delivered" status means that the MarketPlace purchase processing system is confirming that this purchase was pushed [delivered] into a Received Items folder.
