i wanted to ask if we can ue webcams on here and if yes how do u do it becase i am useing the sl viwer so if u can hel it would be a great help

Second Life does not directly support webcams in the viewer.  You'll have to run a window on the side, and another app.

It should be pretty easy to see why.  In SL, you are represented by an avatar.  Having another picture of "you" on the screen would really destroy all sense of immersion.
