I'm not sure what you mean by an address bar but I use Singularity and copy and paste SLURLs into local chat sometimes to tp to a location. My recommendation would be to ask on the Singularity website as an issue here (any time I have opened an issue on the Singularity website I have received an answer in literally minutes most of the time) or, if you are not yet a member, join the Singularity group in world and ask in group chat.
