I've had that happen.  Manually clearing cache should solve it. 

Go here and follow the instructions.  (Don't worry about it saying "Firestorm" it works for other viewers too.

(you don't need to start with being inworld if you know how to find the folders on your computer.  I just start with going straight to the C drive)
