All my land marks and almost every bit of my inventory has disappeared..... the folders are there bu

The folders are there but they are empty what happened and how can this be corrected I have relogged rebooted ..... it started yesterday I habe cleared my cache my draw distance is at 64m my texture details are on low nothing has worked as of yet

It could be lag, you could look for an empty Region, and then relog using your last location option. Open your inventory, wait for it to load. Prompt it to fetch by typing single letters, a,b,c,

You could lower your draw distance. Increase the cache size and bandwidth.

Sometimes just logging out, and restarting the computer can fix things.

As Knowl said, your inventory has not been lost, it's still on the SL servers. It's only your local copy of the inventory list that's been corrupted, and it will have to be reloaded. If you have problems like this often, it could be that your connection to SL is fragile. If you are on wi-fi, you might try a direct cable connection to your router. This will minimize the potential for future corruption of local files on your computer due to glitches in the connection.

If trying Knowl's suggestion doesn't bring back your inventory list, come back and edit your question via "Options" over there on the right and let us know, and we'll see what else we can recommend to help.
