Why am I having so much trouble assigning titles to the roles I create in my Group

Why will the titles I create for Roles in my Group not show up above a person in my groups name?

Group Titles by default now are not displayed:

Fix for your session ->: ME / Preferences / General / Nametags: [X] Group Titles

You can see them [The Group Titles]:

1) When they make your Group their current group;

2) They select one of your Role/Group Titles when they are assigned to more than one Role.
