Why continue charging?

Question

I have already asked to be downgraded to Basic but my account is still charged every month.  So I decided to cancel my Premium acc - and yet that is still pending. I can go broke just because of secondlife! Please stop my subscription!!!!!!

I'm a little confused by you saying you downgraded to Basic and when you were still being charged, cancelled your Premium membership. They are one and the same thing. Ensure you have sold or abandoned any mainland holdings you may have owned or abandoned a Linden Home if you had one. Do any land holdings show up in your Dashboard > Land Manager?

We're just residents like you and have no access you your account. Other than Moderators, it's unlikely any Lindens even read Answers and none ever reply here. You should contact Billing Support who should be able to help you solve this issue.
