I am looking to purchase a Full Region simulator (15000 prims) with a billing date on (or near)the 27th.

I would prefer the region to be empty but will consider an occupied or semi occupied sim. If occupied, we can work out additional details.

Please provide me with the name of the current Region Owner, current Region Name, and current Grid Coordinates.

I am willing to pay a total of $100.00 USD plus $10.00 for each day between the transfer completion date and the next billing date.

The $100.00 is provided to cover the seller's transfer fee.

For example:

A transaction completed on 10/16/2013, with the next billing date of 10/27/2013, I will pay a total of $210.00.

A transaction completed on 10/28/2013, with the next billing date of 11/27/2013, I will pay a total of $400.00.

All transactions will be made through the Second Life ticket system.

I have read this three times and it looks like you are buying sims for nothing but the transfer fee.

It's the transfer fee plus over 100% of the prorated time left until the next bill date.
