i wonder if there are a tuterol on how to upload a texture mesh and colored to sl?

Textures need to be uploaded separately, though colors will usually be included.

 

Edit: I could be wrong about needing to do it separately, although that's how I've always done it.

For my little experience, the textures may be imported without problems with a static mesh, one for each material that compose the mesh itself (of course each texture implies an additional cost of 10 L$ ).

As far as I know, only with rigged meshes the textures can not be imported together  in the same import  (but can be added at a later time).
