Looking for Script that provides menu to select list of animated textures

I am looking for a script that uses "llSetTextureAnim" however what I need is a script that will work with more then one animated texture that is selectable via a menu where it can be set to group, owner, all or specific list of people to access the menu.

 

I know this script is out there, I have seen a good list of products with a type of this script. However I cannot seem to find a full perm version of it.
