Beautiful Opera House Available for Dance/Theater Group - Free of Charge

I have a lovely Theater, inspired by an Opera House in New Orleans. If you are a fledgling dance or theater group and need a performance venue, look no further. I can assist with staging, sets, choreography, and music, if needed.
