Open the person's profile, click the little gear icon in the upper right, and select Permissions from the dropdown menu. Make sure "See me on the map" is checked, and hit Save.

To allow a friend to see your location on the map:

• Open your friend's profile
• Click on the gear icon.
• Click Permissions.
• Select the See me on the map checkbox.
