Weapon to Work with DM Meter/DM Combat System

Can someone please point to the documentation which would help in building a weapon, say a bow and arrow for DM Meter/DM Combat System? Any examples would be great.

I kind of know/can figure out how to make the weapon but how do I plug it to DM Meter/Combat system is unknown to me.

The best I could find in a quick look was http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Combat/Systems, which doesn't mention the DM system.  Since your objects will need to work with other people's your best bet is to ask them where they got their information.
