Searching Male muscle alpha layer

I found somebody with my same avi, but having something which looks like a well detailed alpha muscle layer, I guess tatoo or underwear. He told me somebody give it to him, with no more clues. Like he wears a furry avatar, he couldn't wear the normal muscle skins with no alpha. Where I can found the same or something similar? His body of course is not mesh.

Looks like he's wearing a normal, human skin with those muscles and, on top of it, one of those tintable tattoo layers (very easy to find or, for that matter, even make yourself) to achieve a yellowish colour to match the furry head (and maybe the furry black stripes in yet another superimposed tattoo, or maybe these two are combined). This would allow him to wear essentially any normal human male skin, with whichever muscle patterns he liked, and then visually adapt it to his furry head.

Another possibility is that he's wearing a tattoo layer overlaying all the torso & abs structure, but this is less likely... there are several 'six-pack abs' tattoos out there, but they don't usually include the chest.

Thanks for the response, Ren toxx. I think he is using the normal zebra skin textures ( I had the same and they cant be extracted, or yes??  ) and using a tatoo, like you said for muscle, I think that way not need any color change, the yellow color is the sun position in that moment. If somebody can give some marketplace link, thats could be really great.
