I think he is using the normal zebra skin textures ( I had the same and they cant be extracted, or yes?? ) and using a tatoo, like you said for muscle, I think that way not need any color change, the yellow color is the sun position in that moment. If somebody can give some marketplace link, thats could be really great.

I found somebody with my same avi, but having something which looks like a well detailed alpha muscle layer, I guess tatoo or underwear. He told me somebody give it to him, with no more clues. Like he wears a furry avatar, he couldn't wear the normal muscle skins with no alpha. Where I can found the same or something similar? His body of course is not mesh.
