why cant people view my profile?

I am asking this question for a friend

 

When you click on his profile it is just blank, it doesn't show anything.....why is this and how can he fix it?

Your Profile shows up fine...

 

You can make additional information visible by going to the MySecondLife Settings option and updating the information under the 3 tabs.
