I don't receive my offlines anymore

Since the latest update I do not receive any offline IM's or Group notices in my email  anymore. Does anyone have a suggestion how I can solve this?

well, since this happened after your lastest viewer update, first check your preference menu and see if the box "send ims to my mailbox while offline" is checked.

secondly, does this happen to ims from avatars or from scripted objects ?

sometimes the weekly rolling restarts mess a region and then all the scripted objects in it doesnt send anymore ims to mailbox to their owners...

but first, i would check my preference menu. This feature has to be checked in the it, and doesnt come always by default.

It was checked, but I cleaned cache and checked and unchecked the box a couple of times and now it seems to work perfectly again.

It could possibly be your email client, this happened to a lot of people in SL over the past few months.  I know that when Hotmail when switching over to Outlook people experienced this problem over a period of time. The SL offlines don't even go to your spam folder. I believe some had problems with yahoo mail too. I would suggest trying a different email with another email service and update your Prefs as Trinity said. Hopefully this will fix your problem.
