Update every log in?

Everytime I log in to SL I need download a software update cant I get all the update at once it so annony to try log in then getting the massage.

Sorry if I state the obvious here, but have you actually installed the file that you downloaded when you were prompted for the update?

The only scenario in which I can imagine repeated update prompts as you describe is if you were to click the download button but then not do anything with the downloaded program. So next time you start SL, it prompts again.

The updates are not very frequent, so its is certainly not a succession of different updates.
