Hi can someone tell me what are the dimensions of  a  1/4 sim

One quarter of a region is a geometry exercise - here are the options

Linear Layout

[ 4096 ][ 4096 ][ 4096 ][ 4096 ]

or

Square Layout

[ 4096 ]    [ 4096 ]

< 128m x 128m >

either way it's is 16384 sq m in size and comes nominally with 3750 prims

I have leased out both configurations to tenants before.

P.S. In some cases, the pafcel wil have an unusual configuration but will still have the designated sqm's and prims.
