Question about land permissions

Hi I have permissions to always create objects on my bf's land, the land is not deeded to this group......is it possible for me to be able to rez without him allowing everyone to rez?

You only have to set the land to a group, not deed it.

Once he sets it to a group he has to tick the group box under About Land -> Options -> Build to allow them to rez things on his land, simply wear the group tag and you're good to go. No deeding needed.
