Establishing Linden modern/WW2 Naval battle area(4 sims) in southern Blake sea

Dear Linden Labs--I would like to work towards establishing an area in the Blake Sea where  20th century naval and aircraft may participate in RP battles and contests without running into conflicts with other users who have covenants prohibiting them. I am told this is a project that has been shelved or forgotten by the Lindens. Who is the Linden to contact to see if I can further the development of such a project?

As far as I know, all such requests to LL has to be done via a ticket. However, the Blake Sea is part of a joint project with the United Sailing Sims and as such nothing will happen there without their approval. The community liaison is handled by MarkTwain White.

There exists already a combat zone/contested waters area, in the Blake and it seems WW2 era ships and planes have been approved to use it by MarkTwain White, but the best thing to do is discuss all of this with him.
