avi name showing on my screen

I have an Avatar Name and dob showing in my screen for a month now.  I cannot get rid of it - have sent an inquiry previously but it was not answered  I have a picture of it but cannot post here.  I am really stuck.

Why can't you post the picture? As Rolig told you in your previous question, edit your post and use the little treen icon to insert an image (on the toolbar just above your text). The picture should not be more than 500kb and the format file should be JPG, PNG or GIF. Choose "browse" to select the picture on your hard drive, then "insert image", then just click "post".
