Sabine Velinov
I received an email from SL advising me that another avatar, unknown to me , is following me. Can I refuse this?
0 valerie Inshan
Yes Sabine, you can stop that. Go to your profile: https://my.secondlife.com/sabine.velinov#about_tab Open the settings tab > privacy: set to "friends only" or "nobody". If "Second Life" is checked, anybody in SL can follow your feeds. But followers are generally inoffensive. It probably means that someone here likes you! :smileyhappy:

0 Syo Emerald
Do you know what the follow-function is? Because I don't get why you would care about that so much.... I guess you used the feed and someone saw a picture, something you worte or else and decided to follow. That doesn't harm you or your privacy. Its just that this person wants to be updated if you post something new to your feed. People who always use the feed and post many beautiful picture have quite a lot followers, because many people don't want to miss the newest picture.
