Did you scroll down? In my browser the "submit" button is just below and to the right of what you're seeing.

Yee-up, I went to the bottom and even zoomed out of the page.

 

After doing a "select-all" I see that the button was literally invisible and I only had to click the gray outline marking where it ~would~ be if it were visible.
