• Furniture 

 - Garden, Living, Bedroom, Bathroom, Office, Shop, Industrial, Sci fi

• Small and Large Props

 -  Small Props Such as ; Un-enterable Buildings, Fence Sets, anything that you can imagine that isn't used or is likely to not be used as much., Large props such as an entire prop sim.

I do create mesh clothing or rigged avatars.

I try to keep Projects as low LI (Land Impact) does not matter about the detail I will make a way for the LOD's to fit the needs of the Customer.

Small Props / Furniture / Buildings - Starting Price: $L4000L+ 

Medium Props / Furniture / Buildings - Starting Price: $L6,500L

Large Props Props / Furniture / Buildings / Scenes - Starting Price: $L17,000

Full Sim Builds - Starting Price: $L45,000L

I ask for 25% of cost up front another after half completion and the last on full complection.

All Prices are negotiable so Don't be afraid to ask about the price.
